About Me: I have been involved in delivering and developing a wide range of sports and activities for over 25 years in a wide variety of settings at home and abroad. I studied at Newark College and took a Sport, Health and Physical Education degree (2:2) at Bagnor University. I have worked for the last ten years as the Activity Development Manager of Okehampton Community Recreation Association (OCRA) a sport / recreation charity. One of the many projects we have successfully delivered is 5 X 30 More Active- More Often from its start in 2005.
How I achieve my 5x30: I enjoy lots of different sports and activities for the buzz, laughter, friendship, challenge and wellbeing that come from it. I am a keen surfer, mountain biker and squash player. I also enjoy playing cricket for Chagford in the Devon League . I am an enthusiastic although not necessarily skilled dancer and enjoy taking the dogs on walks. In my work I also deliver Pilates sessions and a range of sport coaching sessions.
