5X30 Devonwide Team

The 5x30 Devonwide Project Team work with local communities to reduce barriers and develop physical activity opportunities. The team can provide hands on support, motivation and help to establish physical activity opportunities in your area.

Working in the community the 5X30 Community Activators are easily accessible and on hand to provide advice, motivation and support on an individual and group basis in relation to physical activities. This may involve:

	Details of facilities, activities and contacts available to you in the local community

	On new and existing opportunities that are available

	Being available to provide motivation, training and initial support for individuals and groups

	Providing resources to assist groups and individuals overcome barriers to getting involved in physical activity
