your heart and lungs don’t work as well and you lose flexibility

colon and breast cancer
- Inactivity causes heart disease, diabetes, stress and obesity
- Physical inactivity is estimated to cause 2 million deaths worldwide annually. Globally, it is estimated to cause about 10-16% of cases each of breast cancer, colon cancers, and diabetes, and about 22% of ischaemic heart disease (World Health Organisation www.who.int)
