About Me: I am a Bristolian who grew up with Sport, My dad was a cricketer and my mother a high jumper and netballer. My brother represented Great Britain in the Seoul Olympics for Triple jump. My sister dabbles with Korfball and netball. I have a Played Rugby at club level, which I now coach, and Volleyball which over the years has become my number one sport. I have played for English Universities and a Local National league team. I have coached and played sport all my life and physical activity is part of my life's narrative.

How I achieve my 5x30: I have two boys need I say more! / My family Boards Guide dogs / Chopping wood for the Wood Burner / Tending my Allotment / Walking and cycling on the school run / Cycling to work and anywhere within 10 miles of home / Play and coach basketball, volleyball, rugby, tennis and freebee.
